This Privacy Policy applies to the website beastbrowser.com and related services operated by BeastBrowser (trade name), based in Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh, India (“BeastBrowser”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

2. Scope

This policy explains how we process personal data when you visit our website, create an account, purchase a plan, contact support, or use BeastBrowser desktop software licensing / billing features. Browser profiles you create inside the BeastBrowser app are stored locally on your device by default and are not uploaded to us as browsing content.

3. Data we collect

3.1 Data you provide

• Account details (name/email, password hash, optional phone)
• Billing and subscription status (payment references via payment processors — we do not store full card numbers)
• Support messages (email, WhatsApp, in-app chat lead form)
• Referral / affiliate identifiers if you use a partner link

3.2 Data collected automatically

• IP address, approximate location, device/browser type
• Pages viewed, download events, referral source
• Diagnostics / error logs needed to secure and improve the service
• Cookie and similar identifiers (see Cookie Policy)

3.3 Data we do not collect from your browsing profiles

• Website passwords or form contents entered inside isolated profiles
• Full browsing history of your local profiles
• Cookies/local storage belonging to third-party sites inside those profiles

4. Why we use data (purposes & legal bases)

• Contract: create/manage accounts, deliver paid features, process payments
• Legitimate interests / service security: fraud prevention, abuse detection, debugging
• Consent: non-essential analytics/marketing cookies and pixels (where required)
• Legal obligation: tax, accounting, responding to lawful requests

Where India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) applies, we process personal data for lawful purposes as described above and honour applicable rights requests.

• Trustpilot / similar — review widgets when shown
• Hosting / CDN / email / WhatsApp — infrastructure and support communications

These providers process data under their own terms and applicable law. We do not sell personal data.

7. Retention

Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and thereafter as required for legal, tax, and dispute purposes. Support tickets are retained as needed to resolve issues. Analytics retention follows provider settings. You may request deletion subject to legal holds.

8. Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, and industry-standard practices to protect account data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use a strong unique password and enable 2FA where available.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Export of account information we hold
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority where applicable

Services are intended for users aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Processors may store data outside India. Where required, we rely on appropriate contractual and security safeguards offered by those providers.

13. Governing law

This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Courts at Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
